Resolutions...Oxford American Dictionary says its, "2. a mental pledge, something one intends to do, New Year resolutions." Well I have a few New Year resolutions.
1. Call people on bullshit. My friends are my friends for a reason. Rarely do they bullshit me unless they are telling some meaningless joke at which I can laugh. I am refering to the hapless soul who doesn't realize that bullshitting me is not only wrong but downright disrespectful.
2. Be a little more serious. Now this doesn't pertain to anyone reading this blog. Only regarding my job and career decisions. So pay no attention to this unless I say I can only drink with you until 1am instead of 3am because I gotta work the next day.
3. Make changes in my community. Now I could say I'm going to read to kids or do some habitat for humanity shit but in reality I don't know what I mean by that. I think I will try to keep people and bodies from crashing into the lake across from my house. Or if I can't get them out... get them a beer. They'll probably need it after all the excitement.
As far as making any more changes, right now I think I'm good.
