I need to put something up here that lets everyone know I am OK. So everyone, I'm OK. Thanks to everyone that helped me get over my frustrations during the week, either by good words or good drinks.
Here's my weekend - soccer, friends, booze, sleep, friends, food, sleep, football, friends, booze, dance, booze, sleep, convention, booze, friends, blog.
Here's me in two months - bloated and overweight- but still boozin.
SO It's time to decide on my mode of exercise. I've got the soccer thing down for one night a week but I need something else and fast. At this point I am soliciting suggestions as long as they fit into not costing me a ton of money, it's not boring after I do it for one week, and it's something I can do by myself or with a partner. Here are some activities I am not considering: dating, on-line dating, running jogging speedwalking or any other stupid variation, masterbation, rollerblading, iceskating, pen-pal, playing with legos, babysitting, skipping stones, watching any reality TV, and last but not the end, picking up chicks in the McDonalds drive through (that was over before it began back in York, PA)
I will consider just about any suggestion....
I thank you for your support.

Get a jump rope. They're cheap as hell, and you can pretend you're Rocky(or insert your favorite boxer's name here). Moderately jumping rope for 10 minutes is the equivalent of running a mile, and it's more fun. You can do different kinds of jumps(watch your fellow neighborhood 9 year-olds for ideas, without being TCFG-That Creepy Fucking Guy). Anyway, I got one, and it's pretty boss. I can do it in the comfort of my own home without anyone to laugh at me, and it's more fun than getting on a damned treadmill. So, there. Take what you will from my jump rope idea.
No ice skating... no dating... I guess that rules out Ice Dating. DAMNIT!
To lose weight you need:
* A new diet.
Seriously or else the rest doesn't work.
* Weight training.
Muscles will devour a ton of calories just to maintain themselves.
* Cardio.
Helps burn excess calories and keeps your heart healthy.
I suggest this book - I found it very helpful getting started.
Mens's Health Hard Body Guide
Start easy/light and work your way up as you progress - you don't want to injure yourself. The key is to be consistent as it will take some time.
I'm not even fucking around about the jump rope, Marc. I read it on the package. It certainly does kick your ass too. It's so choice.
You could swim. I just went swimming with Jen yesterday at the local Rec center. Jen swam 48 laps and i swam two. it took me a half hour. i could have run 13 miles and burned less calories. then i drank beer afterwards.
Ski bitch. That's a great workout. Woosh. But actually, you need something to train FOR. Find something super boss you want to do: a race, climb a mountain, etc and set a date, sign up for it. That way you have a reason to do everything MG recommended.
I am currently in the brainstorming process for my summer adventure goal, so keep me posted if you find a good one.
Cheers
